CANCELLATION POLICY

𝐋𝐀𝐓𝐄 𝐀𝐑𝐑𝐈𝐕𝐀𝐋𝐒 There is a 10 minute late arrival window Are you running late? You are provided a 10 minute grace period. After 10 minutes there will be a late fee of $10. Please be prepared to possibly having to reschedule/ not being able to complete all services if more than 10 minutes late. After 15 minutes unfortunately, your appointment will be cancelled resulting in a 𝟓𝟎% cancellation fee. 𝐍𝐎 𝐂𝐀𝐋𝐋𝐒/𝐍𝐎 𝐒𝐇𝐎𝐖𝐒 - Will be charged a 𝟓𝟎% of the total cost service. 𝐂𝐀𝐍𝐂𝐄𝐋𝐋𝐀𝐓𝐈𝐎𝐍/𝐑𝐄𝐒𝐂𝐇𝐄𝐃𝐔𝐋𝐈𝐍𝐆 - I require at least 24 hours for a cancellation or appointment change. This allows me the opportunity to book in another client. - Clients can cancel and reschedule appointments by using the link in your email, by texting me, or by leaving me a message. - 𝐂𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐞𝐥𝐥𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬 𝐥𝐞𝐬𝐬 𝐭𝐡𝐚𝐧 𝟐𝟒 𝐡𝐨𝐮𝐫𝐬 𝐰𝐢𝐥𝐥 𝐛𝐞 𝐜𝐡𝐚𝐫𝐠𝐞𝐝 𝟓𝟎% 𝐟𝐞𝐞.
